I wanted to make a big review , explaining why this figure is great and stuff but i’m too lazy for that today . Another reason is that pictures are better than words to show you how Max Factory made the best figure of 2008 (for now) . And i took LOTS of pics .
But i’m just going to say that for me , Another Blood is a form of perfection , the sculpt and painting are perfect and i have no complains at all , everything looks great and even the best figure from Alter can’t compare to that one . The face is just awesome , the eyes are SO much better than the usual work . And the hair , just gorgeous ! And the details on the dress ! Even the base is awesome .

Sweet stuff, the base is really awesome as you have said. Might have to pick it up once it comes into the store since I canceled it awhile back. Don’t exactly like that it has a peg though since I don’t think those are really necessary for a figure thats kneeling, I think the peg tends to spoil the base just that little bit =/
But what the hey, I’ll still probably pick it up once it arrives ^^;
When you get her , try putting the figure with the base under a lamp ^^ . The base kinda glow , it’s pretty awesome ^^

Usually for kneeling figures I tend to ditch the base, but I might keep the base since it looks good. Really though, I ditch the bases to fit more figures in the display case.

@ super rats : i can understand trowing bases away , i think it’s the only bad thing about figures , the bases are nearly always ugly … and yes it’s even taking lots of space too … can’t wait to see pics of yours
